Linking a user account to an affiliate

A user account can only be linked to an affiliate if it is originally created through one of the links or banners available on the affiliate's website.

There are a number of factors explaining why this process may be unsuccessful:

• A previous user account was held, and it wasn't linked to an affiliate, or it was linked to a different one.
• Cookies were disabled.
• Software firewalls were enabled.
• Anti-virus protection.
• The marketing code was not entered or entered incorrectly during the account creation process.
• The deposit bonus code was entered instead of the marketing code.
• Another site was visited prior to signing up.

We can't be held responsible for referrals resulting from incorrect or incomplete tracking or any other technical reason.

Additionally, we can't add or change the affiliate link of a user account.
