Issues downloading software for Windows or Mac

If you're unable to download our software, try this:

• Use a different web browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.) to download the installation file.
• Clear your cache and temporary internet files. You can find instructions in this WikiHow article.
• Close your download manager software (if you have one), and retry.

If this still doesn't do the trick, send us:

• The exact error message you see.
• Your operating system, e.g., Windows 10, macOS 10.15, etc.
• Web browser and version, e.g., Chrome 96.0.4664.93, Safari 15, etc.
• Your current location.
• Are you using security software? If so, let us know the name and version.

Once we've received this information, we'll do more checks and get back to you.
