Here you can find everything you need to know about the differences between release, pending, and deposit bonuses.
At one stage or another, you might come across 'release bonuses'. These bonuses need a certain amount of redemption points before crediting the funds to your account. If you earn the necessary points before the bonus expires, we'll credit your account with the winnings straight away.
You're earning redemption points by playing eligible real money games. The number of redemption points you need to release a bonus will vary depending on the offer in question.

Pending bonuses are any bonuses that haven't been claimed or credited yet because you still need to earn redemption points to release them.
Anytime you have more than one pending bonus, the redemption points will count towards them in this order:
With certain qualifying real money deposits, you'll be eligible for a deposit bonus.
These bonuses are not affected by withdrawals. Once you've made a qualifying deposit using a bonus code, you can submit your withdrawal requests without any risk to the pending bonus. This rule applies to any bonus that gives you an immediate reward, as well as any release bonuses requiring redemption points. A withdrawal can only affect your ability to receive a bonus that you've not claimed yet. However, if this is the case, a message will warn you and show you what bonuses are available when you withdraw.
To claim a deposit bonus, you'll need to make a real money deposit. You can find the deposit options available by visiting the Cashier at any time.
We can't apply bonuses to transfers made between players.
