Lagging or crashing in the mobile app

Some android devices are unable to run our software as desired. This can be due to limitations relating to their processor, memory, etc.

Turning off the 'Animation' feature may improve performance. You can toggle off animation by going to:

Account → Settings → Poker → Animation

I'm still having issues with your app. What should I do?

Close any apps that are running in the background, as they may be using up system resources. To do this:

1. Tap the recent item's icon on the bottom right of your 'Home' screen.
2. Swipe up on the apps you want to close.

The instructions may vary depending on your device and Android version. If you need more help, contact the manufacturer of your device.

You could also try one of the task killer apps available in the Play Store to assist with closing apps.
