      I forgot my password

      To reset your password follow the steps below:

      Desktop software

      Open our software and go to:

      Login → Forgot password?

      Mobile app

      Open our app and tap 'Forgot password?'.

      For a step-by-step instructional video (in English only), just hit the play button.

      Website

      Open our website, and under 'Login', select 'Forgot password / username?'. Next, enter your username or registered email address and submit your request. You'll receive an automated email with further instructions.

      If you don't receive an email from us within a few minutes or you have any other questions, select 'Forgot password/username?' again and then 'Contact Us' to open our Contact Support form.

      Once the form is open, follow these steps:

      1. Enter your email address.
      2. Fill in the subject line and give at least three of the requested details.
      3. Once finished select 'Send'.

      To protect our games' integrity and the security of players' accounts, it is not possible to open a new account if you've forgotten your password.

      How do I change my password?

      To change your password, follow the instructions below depending on the platform you're using:

      Website

      If you're on the website version of our Help Center, go to:

      Password

      Desktop software

      Log in, then select:

      Settings → Account Details → Password

      Here, type in your current password, then enter your new password and confirm it. To save the changes, select 'Apply'.

      Mobile app

      Go to:

      Account icon → Login & Security → Change Password

      Here, type in your current password, then enter your new password and confirm it. To save the changes, select 'Apply'.


      I haven't received a password reset link

      If you haven't received the password reset link in your registered email address's inbox, check your junk or spam folder. If our email did go to one of these folders, you can prevent this from happening again in the future by adjusting your email account's filter settings or add the email address our emails are coming from to your address book or contact list.

      Alternatively, if you can't find our email in any of your mailbox folders, try using a different email account, e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, etc.

      To change your email address, follow the instructions below depending on the platform you're using:

      Log in, select 'Account', then:

      Desktop software

      Start our software and log in, then from the lobby, go to:

      Settings → Account Details → Email

      Mobile app

      To change your email address on our mobile app, go to:

      Account → Personal Details → Email Address
