App and software system requirements

To check what you need to run our desktop software and mobile app, choose one of the options:

Windows

Minimum requirements:

  • Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or Windows 11 running on an Intel-compatible device
  • Core i3 (Clarkdale) or Athlon 64 X2 processor
  • 4 GB RAM
  • 1024 x 768 screen resolution with 32-bit color depth
  • 1 GB of free disk space for download and installation
  • 512 MB of video memory
  • A graphics card that supports Open GL 2.0

Recommended requirements:

  • Windows 10 or Windows 11 running on Intel-compatible devices
  • Modern processor unit
  • 8 GB of RAM (higher for best performance)
  • 1024x768 screen resolution with 32-bit color depth
  • 1 GB of free disk space for download and installation
  • 1 GB of video memory
  • Latest video drivers with support for OpenGL 3.0 or higher
  • Graphics Card:
    • Intel: HD 6000 or higher
    • AMD: Radeon™ HD 8000 Series Graphics (HD 8730 and higher), Radeon™ HD 8000 Series Graphics for OEM systems (HD 8570 and higher), Radeon™ R5 240 GPU
    • Nvidia: GeForce 700 series or higher
Mac

Minimum requirements:

  • macOS 10.14 or higher
  • Core i3 or higher, Apple M1 or higher
  • 4 GB RAM
  • 2 GB of free disk space for download and installation
  • 1024x768 screen resolution or higher

Mobile

Our mobile app is available for iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Android devices. Try our software with a device that meets or exceeds these requirements:

  • Operating system: Android 7 / iOS 13
  • Screen resolution: 800x480
  • Location services: On

To find your Android device's operating system version, go to:

Settings → System → About Phone (or similar, depending on the model/operating system)

To check your iOS version, go to Settings → General → About

For updates, check General → Software Update
